How is this mattress different from a typical latex mattress?
It offers a fully customizable three-layer configuration (base, middle, top) with options for firm, medium, or soft in each layer, plus dual-firmness on queen and king sizes and independent layer construction to minimize motion transfer.
Which features matter most for comfort and support?
The adjustable 3" base and 3" middle layers allow you to tailor support, while the 2" top layer provides targeted pressure relief. The breathable cotton-wool cover helps regulate temperature and adds natural flame retardancy.
What setups or rooms is this mattress best suited for?
It's designed for versatility and can accommodate a range of heights and sleeping positions. It is compatible with adjustable bases and optional birch/poplar foundations for added support.
How do I set up the mattress for first use and optimize comfort?
Place the mattress on a compatible foundation, then choose your firmness configuration by adjusting the three latex layers to your preferred combination (firm, medium, or soft) for each layer.
What care or maintenance does this mattress require?
